It is a highly respected ranking within the industry, focused on recognizing the work of experts in patent litigation, licensing, prosecution and monetization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To determine who makes the rankings, IAM conducts an exhaustive research process that takes place over several months. During that time, the editorial team conducts interviews and surveys with clients, industry colleagues and other relevant professionals.
